This dissertation aimed to identify and develop an effective incentive mechanism for the medium and small-sized technology-based companies in China through comparing different incentive theories and factors. The required data of this research is obtained using various sources, mainly primary and secondary data signifies the type of data. In order to test the assumptions made in this research, questionnaire has been used as the quantitative data collection tool.

A sophisticated traditional medicine system has been formed by plants, in the past decades, aiding different scholars, from varioud time periods, to obtain medicinal cure.Different cultures have been documented extensively for using plants in traditional medicine systems (Cragg, et. al, 2011). The plant-based systems are continuously playing a significant role in healthcare; the WHO (World Health Organisation) estimated that nearly 80% of the world’s population is dependent on traditional medicines in order to fulfil their needs of primary health care.

This study aims to study the relationship between dividend policy and profitability of a company. This will be a case study research and aims to provide and add to existing empirical evidence by focusing on the dividend policy and profitability of British American Tobacco and studying the relationship between the two variables in general and in the context of the selected company. This study will be based on the positivist paradigm because the phenomenon under consideration is quantifiable and subject to hypothesis testing. This study will be based on deductive reasoning as it uses existing theories about the relationship between dividend policy and profitability and then continues to test the theories in specific circumstances, i.e.,by applying them on the case study of British American Tobacco.
The Middle Eastern Kingdom of Jordan is located in the continent of Asia, at the south of Europe. It is the 122th largest nation in the world and covers an area of 88,802 square kilometres. The population of the country is 7,862,565 with a density of around 70 people per square kilometre (Country Meters, 2016). The Western part of the country experiences essentially a hot climate with dry summer spells and a cool wet winter. However, overall, the country has a desert climate with less than 200 mm of annual rain. Its climate is divided amongst three distinctive geographical regions: the Mountain height Plateau, the Jordan Valley and the Badia region or the Eastern desert. With respect to its water resources, Jordan is considered the 4th driest country in the world with desert environments covering around 92% of its land area (Altz-Stamm,2012).
